Welcome to the official website for Ed's Annual Milwaukee Road Trip! Every summer Ed Tegge coordinates a mini-road trip and tail-gating party from Chicagoland to Miller Park in Milwaukee. The annual trip started the summer of 2000 and is already in year 11!

Update: 03/05/2009 - Hey Everyone. Spring is almost here and that means roadtrip time. Thats right, the annual Milwaukee Roadtrip. This year will be the tenth year and hopefully the best. Last year we had a resounding 60 people and this year I am hoping to top that number. For anyone that is unfamilar, the Milwaukee Road Trip is a trip up to Miller Park to see a Brewers baseball game with a bunch of friends, family and sometimes complete strangers. We get up there when the parking opens, we tailgate and have a grand ole time. I am hoping to make this year the best year yet. So here are the specifics

The roadtrip this year will be held on Sunday, June 14th. The Brewers will be playing the White Sox. This year the price of tickets has gone up, stupid Brewers being good, and unfortuantely that means that there was a bit of a price increase. It is $40 this year and includes a ticket and all the food and non-alcoholic beverages you can drink. Tickets have been purchased and we will be sitting in Section 204. Update: 04/01/2008 - It's that time of the year again. That's right, it's Opening Day. And you know what that means, right? Milwaukee Road Trip time. This is the Ninth year now that I will be organizing this trip. For anyone who doesn't know what it is, here you go...

Milwaukee Road Trip is a trip up to Miller Park to see a Brewers baseball game with a bunch of friends, family and sometimes complete strangers. We get up there when the parking opens, we tailgate and have a grand ole time. I am hoping to make this year the best year yet. So here are the specifics.

The trip will be July 13th. The Brewers are playing the Cinncinnati Reds in the hotly contested National League Central. The cost per person is $25 dollars and that includes a ticket, non-alcoholic beverages and all the food you could imagine eating. If you have any questions, you can answer many of them on this website. Or just ask me. I am looking to collect the money by May 1st so I can order the tickets in mid May.

Everyone is invited. If you can think of anyone else that would be intersted in going to the game, pass on this information and let them know. I will be emailing throughout the month reminding everyone. I can't wait to see you all up there.

Update: 04/25/2007 - Anyone know what time it is? Thats right, Milwaukee Road Trip time. The Brewers will be playing the Kansas City Royals. In addition, from what I can gather, it is Bill Hall bobble head give away day... Even more reason to go and see the game. The cost for 2007 wil be $25 per person. The $25 covers the ticket, food and non-alcoholic drinks. I will need the money by May 11th so that I can order the tickets and take care of everything. Invite as many people as you think will enjoy it. Remember, the more the merrier. If you have any questions email me and I will answer them.

Update: 06/19/2006 - The 2006 Road Trip was a big success again this year. We had close to 50 people show up. The weather was beautiful. A bit on the cool side, but excellent for tail gating. Unfortunately the Brewers lost by two runs, but a great time was had by all. Check back here soon for pictures of this year's trip!
